Step 1 of 6

Each region with a thick border needs exactly one tetromino: four shaded cells joined along their sides. There are four shapes, I, L, T and S, which may be turned or mirrored. The top-left region is already done: it holds an S, and crosses mark its empty cells. Just look for now: you start shading in step 2.
